The Collection Connection

The Collection Connection has been in business for 25 years. Our debt collectors are equipped with and trained on a sophisticated “paperless” collection tracking system which guarantees telephone attempts for contact on each and every account. The collectors are assigned to accounts on a by client basis, resulting in a developed account expertise, higher client production return and the ability for management to clearly identify client servicing needs. We report all collection accounts to Experian and Trans Union Credit reporting bureaus for the purpose of skip tracing and to report delinquent accounts to protect your interests, unless you request non reporting. All reporting of collection accounts are reported in batch via the internet to Experian and Trans Union Credit Reporting Bureaus, but actual reporting is withheld for thirty days from the date of assignment to allow for voluntary payment, debtor disputes, or account errors. Notification by mail of assignment and credit bureaus reporting is made to the debtor within 24 hours of assignment. Ten days after the first debtor notification is made, a second notice is mailed requesting the debtor make clear his or her intentions. Legal action is determined on a case-by case basis. All voluntary pay plans are usually no longer than 120 days from the first payment received, without stipulation of judgment. We will not release any Client data without your prior written consent or unless it is required by law. We are a friendly staff with a professional conduct. Our client’s reputation and credibility will never be diminished by unprofessional practices.
